Tech Transformation

Replatforming, ERP and CRM programmes, data and BI foundations, legacy modernisation. One programme, one owner, from assessment to live operation in every market.

What brings companies to us

Usually one of four conversations.

  1. 01

The platform has become the constraint.

Commercial plans are being shaped around what the system can do rather than what the market wants. Every new country or channel adds another workaround.

  2. 02

Fifteen systems, fifteen versions of the truth.

Each entity runs its own processes and its own reporting logic. Group numbers get assembled by hand, and the close takes longer every quarter.

  3. 03

A programme that has stopped moving.

Eighteen months in, a great deal of spend, and no cutover date that anyone in the room actually believes.

  4. 04

A legacy core nobody will touch.

It works, it is business critical, and the people who built it have left. Every change is a negotiation with risk.

Selection before build

We do not resell anybody’s software.

Tool selection runs as a structured comparison against your requirements, with a total cost of ownership model over five years and, where the decision is genuinely close, a proof of concept on your own data. We hold no reseller agreements and take no implementation commissions, so the recommendation follows the business case rather than a partner margin. Sometimes the recommendation is to keep what you have.

Start with six weeks.

A discovery gives you a target architecture, a costed and sequenced plan, and a recommendation you can defend to your board. If the answer is that you should not run the programme, you will get that answer too.
